Kimberly Hampton is a highly experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in pediatric nursing and lactation consulting. She spent over 15 years working in a pediatric clinic before transitioning full-time into lactation support. Kimberly has been an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) for the past 11 years, providing expert care to families navigating infant feeding challenges. She has been a pediatric nurse for over 20 years.
In addition to offering private consultations, Kimberly leads free community breastfeeding support groups, demonstrating her commitment to accessible, family-centered care. She specializes in complex feeding issues, including oral motor dysfunction, tongue and lip ties, and low milk production —drawing on years of clinical experience to provide individualized support.
A proud Middle Tennessee native, Kimberly is passionate about empowering new mothers and supporting them throughout their breastfeeding journey. With two convenient office locations, she serves families across Middle and Southern Middle Tennessee.
